If you wish to receive a bid from us for producing your publication, please submit a quotation request or download our Quote Request form and send it to us. We will provide you with a bid promptly:

Credit Application

All customers are required to complete the following Credit Application in order to obtain credit with Sonoma Valley Publishing. Please download and fill out our application and send it to us. It will take 7-10 days to process your credit information.

If the following conditions are not met, Sonoma Valley Publishing's credit policy for new customers is as follows:

* 50% of the bid price is due with delivery of copy and the balance due upon delivery.

* Jobs will NOT be accepted without proper billing information, including sales tax status. Please be sure to include both a city and state sales tax numbers if applicable.

California Sales Tax Exemption

In order to comply with the State Board of Equalization requirements for free publications, you must download and fill out the form below. When completed and received, it will enable us to waive the prevailing sales tax on the printing portion of your bill. We will request your signature on this form as well as your credit application at an initial meeting with us, prior to the first production of your publication with Sonoma Valley Publishing.
